Formats and limits

PDFs: up to 100 pages and 100 MB. Photos: JPEG, PNG and HEIC, up to 60 megapixels. Videos: MP4 and MOV; capture is limited to 10 minutes. Unlock a locked PDF before importing it. You control the watermark text.

Preview and watermark movement

Tap a watermark to select it, then drag its body to move it. Frame handles resize it; the rotation control changes its angle. Two fingers zoom the document. A locked layer can be selected but cannot be moved. The expanded preview lets you browse PDF pages; video previews share the same playback position.

The video list is empty

The Photos picker shows only videos stored in Photos. Import a video from a folder or another app with “Choose in Files”. OS Watermark Pro does not need general photo library access for this picker.

Photos and videos

In Timestamp, choose Photo or Video and a 4:3, 16:9 or 1:1 ratio. The preview framing follows that choice. Five date and time formats show the actual time zone. The instant, format, language and zone are fixed when capture starts; video text stays constant. You can edit it afterwards in the studio. This timestamp is not a certification.

Metadata under your control

In Metadata, inspect fields or switch to editing them. You can remove a field and restore its original value before export. Expected date and coordinate formats are explained next to the fields. Opaque data, embedded PDF XMP and timed video metadata are not edited. Cleaning personal fields does not change visible content. Changes are checked when the copy is created; photos may be re-encoded.

An organised library

The library retains copies and originals you choose to keep. Folders provide internal organisation. Deleting a folder moves its files to the parent; deleting a file removes its internal copy and retained original. External exports remain independent. Local data may be included in Apple backups according to your settings.

Saving and passwords

Choose the name, destination and automatic opening in export options. A password protects a PDF; a protected photo is converted to PDF. A protected video uses an .imprynta container that opens in the app. Suggested names include the date and time, and each copy is saved separately. Renaming a library entry does not rename files previously exported elsewhere.

Choose and download a font

Six built-in fonts and Roboto work offline. The catalogue offers 1,818 Google Fonts families, downloaded with their licences from GitHub when you select them. The first download needs a connection; installed fonts remain available offline. You can also import a supported TTF or OTF font from Files. If a download fails, choose a built-in font or try again. Your files and watermark text are not sent to the provider.

Passwords and temporary files

Passwords are not saved. Files unlocked for preview are temporary and deleted when it closes; leftovers from interrupted sessions are cleaned at next launch. A separately retained original does not have the copy’s password. Keep your password: OS Studio cannot recover it.

Templates and projects

A template stores a reusable composition. A project also keeps a private copy of the source so you can resume work. Renaming, duplicating or deleting these items does not change the original file. Logo and signature collections stay local.

Process a batch

Select up to 30 supported photos, PDFs or videos. Adjust the composition on a real batch file before starting. Relative proportions are applied to each source. Cancelling keeps completed copies; errors are shown per file. With automatic opening enabled, only the first successful copy opens; the others remain in the results.

Startup ads and privacy

An ad may appear at startup when an ad-supported offer is enabled and your privacy choices permit the request. An ad is not guaranteed at every opening and no click is required. Requested ads are non-personalised, but the service may process technical data. Read the privacy policy and, when available, review your choices in the app's Settings.
