OS Watermark Pro is an OS Studio app. For questions about your data or the app, contact the studio.

Local processing

Your documents, photos, videos, signatures and metadata are processed on your iPhone. No OS Studio account is required. The app does not send these files, watermark text or QR code content to OS Studio or advertising services.

Permissions and file selection

Camera access is requested when you start a capture; microphone access only for video with sound. The Photos picker provides selected media only, without general library access. Files and folder selection use secure iOS pickers. The app does not request your location.

Storage, organisation and deletion

The library retains copies and originals you choose to keep. Folders provide internal organisation. Deleting a folder moves its files to the parent; deleting a file removes its internal copy and retained original. External exports remain independent. Local data may be included in Apple backups according to your settings.

A template stores a reusable composition. A project also keeps a private copy of the source so you can resume work. Renaming, duplicating or deleting these items does not change the original file. Logo and signature collections stay local.

Passwords and temporary files

Passwords are not saved. Files unlocked for preview are temporary and deleted when it closes; leftovers from interrupted sessions are cleaned at next launch. A separately retained original does not have the copy’s password. Keep your password: OS Studio cannot recover it.

Sharing, GPS and external services

You choose which files to share and where. GPS coordinates come only from selected files or your edits. You can remove them from the copy. iCloud and other providers apply their own rules. The support website does not receive your documents; an email to support contains only what you include.

Fonts downloaded at your request

Fonts from the Google Fonts catalogue and their licences are downloaded from GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com) only when you choose a font that is not already available in the app. GitHub receives your IP address and the HTTP information needed for that connection. No document, media, metadata or watermark text is sent to the provider. Downloaded fonts are stored locally and can then be used offline; built-in fonts and Roboto require no download.

Advertising and privacy choices

When an ad-supported offer is enabled, a Google AdMob ad may appear at startup, without interrupting editing or returns from Photos, Files or the camera. Display depends on privacy choices, permission to request an ad and availability. A recognised ad-free entitlement does not load ads.

The app requests non-personalised ads and disables Google's publisher first-party identifier. It does not request ATT tracking permission or provide an IDFA or GPS location for targeting. Non-personalised does not mean data-free: the advertising service still uses technical information.

Google and the partners listed in the form may process your IP address, an approximate location inferred from it, device and app information, certain identifiers, ads shown, advertising interactions and operational diagnostics. This data supports functions such as delivering and measuring ads and operating the service. It is separate from the files and text you edit.

Google UMP presents the choices required for your situation and lets you review them in the app's Settings when necessary. Refusal alone does not guarantee that no ad can appear: the app follows the permission to request ads resulting from your choices. If UMP does not allow requests, the advertising SDK is not initialised. Errors or unavailable ads leave access to the content open.

Your choices and rights

You can change permissions in iOS Settings, delete library files and remove exports in Files. Uninstalling OS Watermark Pro removes local storage, without deleting copies elsewhere. For information you send to support, contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
